SHIPPING policy

We roast beans fresh to order and fulfill orders with roast dates within 5 days of being roasted. Please allow us 2-3 business days to roast, package, and ship your order.

**Process and shipping times can depend on roast dates. We typically roast a minimum of 2x per week to ensure quality and freshness of your order.

Once your package is shipped and in the hands of the mail carrier, we unfortunately have no control over how quickly it will get to you. Please be aware there are many conditions that can delay mail times, such as weather, road conditions, holidays, and truck and labor shortages. These are beyond our control, and therefore we cannot guarantee shipping times. If you experience an issue with your shipment please contact us and we are happy to help you get it resolved as quickly as possible.

FRESHNESS

We recommend giving your whole beans 5-7 days to vent before brewing for optimal flavor. Our coffee is packaged and sealed directly after roasting. All packaging is nitrogen flushed to preserve freshness and can be stored for several months unopened at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. We recommend enjoying your coffee within 2-3 weeks after opening the package.
